How to make Cheese chilli Toast or Cheese Exotic Veg Toast

Though toast recipe is very simply yet very delicious to taste. The crunchy vegetables and creamy melted cheese is just tempting to try this recipe again and again.

Ingredients:

  • Bread slice – 8
  • Red capsicum(diced) – 1 cup
  • Yellow capsicum(diced) – 1 cup
  • Green capsicum(diced) – 1 cup
  • Black pepper – 1 tsp
  • Crushed garlic or garlic powder – 3 to 4 or 1 tsp respectively
  • Grated Mozzarella cheese – 1 cup
  • Grated processed cheese – 1 cup + 2 cup
  • Butter – to toast the slices
  • Red chilli flakes – 1 tsp

Method:

  • Toast the bread slices with butter to make it crispy. This will make the final toast crispy or the toast will becomes soggy . Both white or Brown bread can be used.
  • In a bowl take red, yellow and green capsicum.

 

  • Add 1 cup mozzarella cheese and 1 cup processed cheese. Add black pepper and crushed garlic or garlic powder and red chilli flakes. Mix properly.

  • Place 1 tbsp of the veg mixture on each slice and top with grated processed cheese.

  • Bake or microwave till the cheese melt.

  • Serve hot with tomato sauce.
